ProgramAsWeights compiles English-described AI functions into tiny neural programs that run offline on your CPU
yuntiandeng · x · 2026-09-20
ProgramAsWeights (PAW) lets developers describe an AI function in English, "compile" it once, and run it as a small neural program locally on CPU — no cloud, no API costs, works with Wi-Fi off.
The pitch: app developers can specialize AI models for their own tasks, enabling much smaller models that run on a laptop. Code and models are public on GitHub.
