Open-source Nautilo lets your AI agent DM coworkers and fetch feedback for you
Dan_Jeffries1 · x · 2026-09-20
Dan Jeffries introduces Nautilo, a 100% open-source, natively multi-user chat platform where humans and their custom AI agents ("Genies") work side by side, with desktop, mobile, and web clients. It can be self-hosted via Docker or deployed to Railway.
The pitch: stop being the middleman between machines. Send your agent to talk to other people — it can DM a coworker, share a draft, collect feedback, and bring the answer back. In a shared Room, people and their agents converse naturally without @ rituals.
Roadmap includes Nautilo Gateway (one key for chat, coding, music, video) and a hosted Nautilo Cloud.
