Could LLMs design a graphics DSL from scratch via RL? The task itself is ill-defined

Responding to whether LLMs could eventually design a DSL outright from scratch via RL (e.g., inventing a language to build 3D models faithfully reproducing given images), the author says it's likely someone will push that lever, but "from scratch" is hard to even define: the renderer already bakes in geometric assumptions, and LLMs know existing graphics specification languages. Unlike chess or go self-play, the task isn't well-defined in a closed way.
