MIT researchers led by Deblina Sarkar published HITMAN in Science Advances: injectable nanoantennas magnetically activated to create localized electric fields that destroy glioblastoma cells without harming healthy brain tissue. Pre-clinical results: 52.2% of drug-resistant cancer cells eliminated (5x standard chemo), median survival extended 50% in animal models with no detectable toxicity.
