100+ AI Experts Sign Letter Calling for Independent, Credible AI Safety Audits

More than 100 AI experts, including Princeton CS professor Arvind Narayanan, signed a public letter calling for credible, independent AI safety evaluators.
"When companies promise that they're going to do a better job on safety, we shouldn't have to take their word for it," Narayanan said in a CBS News interview discussing the AI Evaluation Forum's letter.
