Civilization II Lord of the Rings Scenario Lets Frodo Carry the Ring via Aircraft Carrier Flag

A clever scenario design in a custom Civilization II Lord of the Rings mod:
- The designer gave the custom Frodo unit—and only Frodo—the aircraft carrier flag, letting him carry the One Ring.
- The Ring had range 2, so it couldn't simply be flown to Mordor, or even between your own cities, without being lost.
- Dropping the Ring into an enemy city like Mt. Doom destroys all units there, leaving it open to capture.
The Fellowship player's winning move: walk Frodo across the map to Mt. Doom, send the Ring in to wipe the defenders, capture the city—and thereby annihilate all of Sauron's armies, since they were all supported by Mt. Doom.
