A user dared Sam Altman to rename his X account to 'Ram Altman' — and he actually did it, replying 'ok yeah'.

Altman added that he agreed because he genuinely wants the world to have tons of memory, letting people put as much as they want in their computers, and complained his earlier remarks were taken out of context. DeryaTR shared the exchange quipping it's all about the RAM: attention and memory are all you need.
