Pro user says ChatGPT extra-high reasoning silently routes to instant model, reviews are false positives

A business-seat Pro user reports that for two days, ChatGPT's extra-high reasoning requests have been auto-routed to the instant model: a 3MB zip with 22k lines of code submitted for adversarial review came back in 22 seconds, full of false positives — the model apparently only analyzed the project tree without opening the files. He says OpenAI has not responded to his report.
