Anthropic partners with Accenture on frontier AI evals, pledging at least $1B each over five years

Anthropic announced a partnership with Accenture for independent evaluation of frontier AI, part of its commitment to embed evaluators internally. Both companies expect to invest at least $1 billion over the next five years to build capacity in this area.
The announcement was quickly mocked by Casey Muratori, who snarked about Accenture's track record, sparking debate over the credibility of consulting-firm-run AI evaluations.
