OpenAI confirms desktop Voice mode bug when starting new sessions, fix underway

After users flagged issues, OpenAI's Justin Uberti confirmed there is a known problem with desktop Voice mode when starting new sessions, and said a mitigation is being worked on right now.
Heavy users of voice mode may keep hitting the bug on new sessions until the fix ships.
