Stripe launches agentic payments: let AI agents book and pay for your services
jeff_weinstein · x · 2026-09-19
Stripe released new documentation enabling developers to build connectors that bring services into Muse and accept agentic payments via Stripe and Link:
- AI agents can find, book, and pay for travel, reservations, and appointments instead of navigating websites.
- Docs cover Agentic Commerce Protocol, Universal Commerce Protocol, shared payment tokens, monetizing MCP servers, and completing Stripe payments in-browser via WebMCP.
