- sam-one packs the control plane, router, and database into one binary on one port and prints a QR code for phone enrollment
- Measured timeline: control plane ready at 10.3s, phone enrolled at 13.7s, laptop enrolled at 19.6s, first sensor read (battery 64%, charging) at 24.9s
- Uses a Cloudflare quick tunnel for a temporary HTTPS hostname with no account required; binaries are checksum-verified
- Android app SAM Connect joins the phone; device sensors register as MCP tools callable by agents
