Genomic Intelligence lands Databricks integration days after ChatGPT

Days after integrating with ChatGPT, genomic AI platform Genomic Intelligence (GenomeLayer) announced a Databricks integration. The workflow: feed raw DNA, predict what's there, reconstruct transcripts and proteins, and only then check reference annotations. The team, including Julia Kiseleva and Mikhail Burtsev, builds ultra-long-context genomic foundation models for disease-risk prediction, heritability explanation, and actionable edit design, and says more integrations are coming.
