App Store Connect CLI 5.4.0 lands 68 changes for safer agent automation

App Store Connect CLI 5.4.0 is out with 68 changes, focused on new workflows, safer automation, and fewer dead ends for agents. Highlights:
- Ambiguous lookups are no longer dead ends: errors print a bounded candidate list with resource IDs and the exact flag to disambiguate, covering apps, versions, builds, TestFlight, subscriptions, IAPs, signing, analytics, and more.
- Three common read workflows auto-select a version: asc validate, asc metadata pull, and asc localizations list prefer the newest editable version, then removed-from-sale, then live.
- Web commands need less ceremony: omitting --apple-id falls back to ASCWEBAPPLEID, the last cached session, then the only cached session; multiple cached accounts still fail with a list of choices.
- Sign in with Apple keys manageable from the terminal: asc web sign-in-keys list/view use your Developer Portal web session and show whether the one-time private-key download is still available; creating a key saves the P8 privately with mode 0600, never printed or overwritten.
- App Store Server Notifications configurable via CLI: asc apps update sets production and sandbox subscription-status URLs (both V2) without opening App Store Connect.
