asc CLI 5.4.0 turns typos into useful command recovery paths

In asc CLI 5.4.0, typos and guessed subcommands get a useful recovery path: asc apps search now suggests asc apps list --name NAME or --bundle-id BUNDLEID. Aliases and close child-command matches point to a real --help, while bad input still exits 2.
