Neuralink's brain-computer interface has helped a man with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) speak again. ALS is a fatal nervous system disorder that destroys nerve cells controlling voluntary muscle movement. Elon Musk amplified the news, calling it a "Golden Age era" milestone.
