Marc Baghadjian shares the cold-outreach method he used to meet his first investors: 1) find the target's personal email with a tool like RocketReach (most people's email is tied to their Apple ID); 2) type that email into the iMessage "to" field; 3) if the bubble turns blue, it's linked to their iPhone and your message lands on their phone. He jokes "please use responsibly." A reply adds that real ones use Zillow and Google Earth instead.
