Claude Code v2.1.277 ships AGENTS.md support and a dozen hang/login fixes

Anthropic released Claude Code v2.1.277. Key changelog items:
- AGENTS.md support: projects without a CLAUDE.md now read AGENTS.md instead; toggle under "Project instructions" in /config (not yet on Bedrock, Vertex, or Foundry).
- New CLAUDEGATEWAYPROXYISEGRESSBOUNDARY=1 for gateways whose only egress is a forward proxy — the proxy receives hostnames instead of local resolution; optional static headers map for gateway upstreams.
- Fixes include: claude -p and Agent SDK sessions hanging after internal errors (now exit with code 1); conversations failing with "text content blocks must be non-empty" after an empty text block; unexpected logouts when older CLI builds run on the same machine; startup hangs from malformed customApiKeyResponses in /.claude.; update checks erroring every 30 minutes from invalid proxy versions; winget/apk installs falsely reporting up to date; plugin reinstall failures corrupting installs; and Grep/Glob silently reporting no matches when the system ran out of processes, memory, or file handles.
