Neuralink participant speaks in his own voice via brain implant powered by Grok

Neuralink participant Terry is using a brain implant in the VOICE trial to convert his thoughts into spoken words in his own natural voice. The system was first trained by having him mime speech, and its audio output is now powered by Grok Voice.
