SocialBid Launches X Profile Sponsorship Market With 80/20 Revenue Split
alexmacgregor__ · x · 2026-09-18
Indie developer Alex MacGregor demoed a new feature for SocialBid, a marketplace where anyone can list their X profile and let others bid to sponsor it. Getting outbid means losing the spot but keeping the direct connection with the sponsor. The leaderboard shows per-profile "sponsorship value" (top profiles around $10-22, $10 starting bids), with creators keeping 80% of each sponsorship payment.
