curious_vii · x · 2026-09-18

The author argues that when building AI-native ventures, economic incentives, capital formation, org design and information architecture (e.g. AI-mediated need-to-know by default) are criminally under-explored compared to LLM harness minutiae. The former are durable formal causes constrained by human attention and desire; the latter are ephemeral, obviated by each new generation of weights. Hierarchical C-corps stuffed with W-2s are just one minor arrangement among far more possible integrated capital-allocation structures.
