Setup was just handing the MCP to his AI assistant, far easier than SES, and open/click rates are already better. Next steps: levelsio-inspired SEO research to expand posts into deeper articles targeting Google and AI search traffic, plus using Jev for topic analysis, subscriber classification and subject-line optimization while pruning inactive subscribers.
