Google launches Gemini 3.8 Live and Extended Thinking, first tests land

Google DeepMind officially introduced Gemini 3.8 Live and 3.8 Live Extended Thinking, billed as its best conversational AI, able to talk, think, and handle background tasks without breaking the user's flow. Developer @codestar says he has already tested the models and shared a link.
