Cursor Projects wins praise: kanban tracking, multi-model agents and 3-way bakeoffs
kieranklaassen · x · 2026-09-18
Developer trevin shared a glowing take on Cursor's new Projects feature: a side-rail project board that tracks work and orchestrates agents. He values Cursor's multi-model-family support over Claude's approach, noting it's hard to go back once a project mixes models.
Combined with Compound Engineering, the ce-bakeoff skill runs a three-model bakeoff of design approaches inside one project without copy-pasting. And "/lfg" in Cursor Projects can fully plan and build something to a PR, which he calls magical.
