Salesforce and NVIDIA unveil Koa agent, trained with RL in a simulated CRM world

At Dreamforce, Salesforce CEO Benioff and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang announced Koa, an enterprise agent born from a three-year-old research bet. The author, a Salesforce AI Research member, shared the internal technical guide after the keynote.
