Netlify launches Jev, an agent that triages support tickets with confidence-based automation
thisiskp_ · x · 2026-09-18
Netlify's AI Gateway now hosts Jev, a support-ticket agent demoed by @JavaSquip with a full official walkthrough. A real ticket goes in, and Jev returns the owning team, a frustration score, and a probability that it reads as urgent.
The key design: a confidence value on each answer decides whether the ticket is handled automatically or escalated to a human. Practical examples are included in the thread.
