AlphaGenome author pushes back: variant prioritization gains are real contributions

Responding to criticism, the author notes the original AlphaGenome paper already showed it beats Borzoi and other sequence-to-function models on several variant benchmarks, and defends that adding AG scores to an ensemble predictor is a worthwhile contribution if it improves variant prioritization.
