Agent-failure monitoring startup Raindrop AI has raised a $50M Series A from CRV and Lightspeed, alongside launching a new product called Raindrop Simulations to catch and prevent agent failures before they hit production.
Cofounder alexisgauba describes the work as increasingly "applied AI safety": agents are getting more capable while the stakes keep rising. The company is also hiring.
