Antigravity adds remote agent deploys, Files API and credential-safe OAuth

Google's Antigravity continues to ship: a new harness version with better performance, a Files API for uploading/downloading files from your live agent sandbox, and a Credentials API supporting OAuth so agents can use credentials without ever seeing them. A CLI/remote setup lets you deploy and interact with Antigravity agents remotely.
