Typesafe Jev + Cua Driver launch fast computer use, so fast it broke internal benchmarks

Cua and Typesafe launched jev-use (draft PR #3943), claiming 'Fast Computer Use is now solved' via Jev + Cua Driver, in dev preview for macOS, Windows, and Linux. The announcer jokes it broke several internal benchmark tests because it was too fast — the benchmarks weren't designed for this speed.
