Hermes Works With mem0 and Honcho to Migrate Users to Standalone Plugins

Teknium says the remaining partially-solved piece of Hermes' plugin push is working with external partners—memory providers like mem0 and Honcho first—to auto-migrate users to standalone plugins without breaking their setups. The team is coordinating in Discord and plans to keep shedding built-in integrations this way, now that the plugins catalog has fixed discoverability.
