A developer wired Gemma into libmelee so it reads Smash Bros Melee game state and makes approach/attack decisions every half-second, running on Featherless's own classifier endpoint. Fox does decently against level-3 CPUs so far. The author argues ultra-fast, cheap small-model decision loops are the (rediscovered) future.
