A user shared a hands-on test of the Muse agent for a visa application: it booked a multi-legged refundable flight, booked a refundable hotel, pulled bank statements, dug through emails for passport photo and I94 documents, wrote a daily itinerary, and filled out the official form — roughly 70% of the whole process. Pain points remain: the user had to use ChatGPT to turn a selfie into a passport photo, and sizing the photo to fit the form frame still required manual fiddling beyond Muse's ability.
