Google DeepMind has made AlphaGenome Atlas freely accessible so researchers everywhere can decode the genetic causes of disease. In collaboration with ScienceStowers, Atlas mapped 2,500+ regulatory patterns, uncovering DNA sequences that act as biological switches and volume dials for gene activity across hundreds of cell types. DeepMind says these discoveries are just the beginning.
