Baidu's Apollo Go to Apply for Commercial Robotaxi Operation in Hong Kong

Baidu announced that Apollo Go plans to apply for commercial robotaxi operation in Hong Kong, citing the HKSAR Government's first Five-Year Plan and 2026 Policy Address support for autonomous driving.
Building on fully driverless trials already running on the city's roads, Baidu aims to help scale up driverless commercial operations and position Hong Kong as a global benchmark for right-hand-drive AV markets.
