Dev builds own AAC encoder and Video Composer to fix the H264+Opus browser gap

Developer wavefnx explains why he wrote an AAC encoder: H264+AAC is the most widely supported combo on the web, but browsers only ship an Opus encoder — a valid but unsupported pairing for most of the internet.
