Dev's Rust/Wasm AAC Encoder Beats FFMPEG by 4-6x in Benchmarks

Developer wavefnx built an AAC audio encoder in Rust/Wasm, claiming major speed wins over FFMPEG: 56.6ms vs 365.2ms, 138.5ms vs 659.7ms, and 98.4ms vs 636ms in his benchmarks (roughly 4-6x faster). He notes AAC is crucial yet missing from many environments where it's usually accessed via FFMPEG. Combined with his earlier MP4 parser moov (io-uring version parses fragmented files in 446.8us vs ffprobe's 50ms), he now has a complete FFMPEG-free audio processing stack.
