Doubao launches in-car cockpit assistant with multimodal vehicle control

ByteDance has integrated its Doubao model into car infotainment systems, launching an AI cockpit assistant. It supports multimodal interaction to control in-car devices (AC, windows, navigation planning), combines with the car's app ecosystem for complex intent calling and task decomposition, and ships with an interactive in-car display. The demo was positively received.
