Google launches MCP server for Google Home, letting chat apps control lights, cameras and analyze PG&E bills

Google released an MCP server for Google Home. The author wired it into @muse to control lights, cameras, and the thermostat entirely through chat. They also connected their PG&E account so the assistant can review consumption dashboards and statements, aiming to ask things like why last month's bill spiked.
