Jitsu launches Observability Exports, streams pipeline logs to Datadog, Grafana and more via OTLP

Open-source data integration tool Jitsu has launched Observability Exports, letting teams stream operational logs from Live Events directly into Datadog, Grafana Cloud, New Relic, Elastic, or a self-hosted OpenTelemetry Collector over OTLP — no intermediate agent required.

Setup is straightforward: set the OTLP endpoint under Settings → Observability exports, add an auth header (e.g. dd-api-key for Datadog), send a test log and toggle Enabled. Logs then appear under service:jitsu-live-events, covering four record types: function, bulkerbatch, bulkerstream, and dead-letter. Raw event traffic is never exported — only pipeline operational logs.
