Jev V13 Wins Blitz Chess by Flagging Fable, Loses in 18 Moves to GPT-6 Astra

aimlapi tested Typesafe's decision-only Jev V13 in 5+0 blitz chess, one API call per move. Against Fable 5.1, Fable was +16 in material by move 29 and even promoted a second queen, but burned 6-15s per move versus Jev's 2.6s and lost on time. Against GPT-6 Astra, Astra ignored material and mated Jev in 18 moves (Qe1#) with 2:27 to spare.
