distilled adds TypeSafe AI SDK: define questions in Effect schema, call ask for structured data

Developer samgoodwin89 announced support for @typesafeai's Jev in distilled: define questions with an Effect schema and call ask to get structured data back. The accompanying GitHub PR (alchemy-run/distilled #614) shows the SDK is generated from TypeSafe's first-party OpenAPI document, exposing two operations with bearer auth configured via TYPESAFEAPIKEY and related environment variables.
