If your agent calls a business and the counterpart agent answers, the call should switch to an agent-to-agent protocol the moment they recognize each other — skipping hold music, phone trees, repeated information, and the 20 minutes while someone types into a computer. A task like changing a flight could resolve in seconds. This likely needs a "Twilio for agent-to-agent calls", eradicating an unbelievable amount of waiting from the world.
