Dev proposes predictive dynamic context caching for Claude Code

A developer suggests that if he were on the Claude Code infra team, he would implement predictive dynamic context caching: if Claude is running a command with a 6-minute timeout, the cache shouldn't be emptied at 5 minutes — cache TTL should adapt to what's currently executing.
