Grok Build adds persistent memory, remembering project conventions across sessions

Grok Build now has persistent memory: it remembers conventions, decisions, and project facts across sessions, so users no longer need to re-explain context each time — and it improves the more you use it.
Two new commands make it manageable:
- /memory: browse what Grok Build remembers
- /dream: organize recent notes into useful topics
This lets the coding assistant carry context forward over long-running projects, moving it toward more autonomous behavior.
