Google launches MCP server early access letting AI agents control Google Home devices

Google is rolling out early access to a new MCP server for Google Home, allowing AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT to control connected devices via natural language.
The server also lets agents review camera summaries and access smart home activity, opening Google's smart home ecosystem to third-party AI assistants.
