Dev Open-Sources Blue to Fix MCP Delivery and Config Pain in Inference Gateways

After migrating internal inference to a gateway, the author hit coding-agent governance pain: no central hub for delivering MCPs and skills (gateways have poor compatibility beyond skills), managed config unreachable to contractors via MDM/Jamf, plaintext API keys on dev machines, and high friction adopting new models/harnesses. Finding no viable solution short of standardizing the org on one harness (Pi, OpenCode), they built the FOSS project BlocksOrg/blue as a first step, and are soliciting how others solved these issues.
