Developer wires Codex voice into CarPlay to build software on road trips

Developer Jonathan Roomer wired OpenAI Codex into his car's CarPlay: his Nightblood iOS app gives ChatGPT Voice a face, personality, and full access to Codex, his Mac, and native tools. The result: he can keep building software by voice during road trips even with five kids in the car. Greg Brockman amplified it as "Codex voice for road trips" — a neat combo of a voice front end with a coding agent doing the actual work.
