Geodesic launches drug discovery Grand Challenges with $1M per verified solution
QuanquanGu · x · 2026-09-17
Geodesic Intelligence launched the Geodesic Grand Challenges, soliciting the hardest open questions in drug discovery for the next 5-10 years. Anyone can submit a question; each selected challenge earns its contributor 100,000 Geodesic credits. Once challenges are set, a separate call for solutions will award $1 million per verified solution. Example directions include assigning confidence scores to causal gene-disease links that predict clinical success. Notable researcher Quanquan Gu amplified the launch.
