French startup Delos has raised €10M from Bpifrance, Founders Future, and C4 Ventures to build "AI employees" — autonomous Workers that come with their own email, phone number, and Microsoft or Google account, each with a personality, skills, and persistent memory.
- 15 specialized roles across marketing, development, design, data, HR, finance, and support
- Integrates with 3,000+ tools including Slack, Teams, Gmail, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, GitHub, and Figma; runs tasks end to end
- Uses a RAG architecture for secure data access; 10,000+ Workers already deployed across 300+ companies
- GDPR-compliant and SOC 2-certified, with end-to-end encryption and no training on customer data
The founder argues the next generation of companies won't have AI tools, they'll have AI employees — hiring one takes under five minutes.
